Service Description

This is a brief 30 minute session that existing clients can book to check-in with their therapist about how things are going for you. Perhaps something has come up and you need to talk to your therapist about it and can't wait until your next therapy session or perhaps you have completed therapy and need reinforcement of change strategies. These sessions are for current clients and are bulk billed. They count as one session on your current MHCP allocation of 10 sessions per year.
